Grab Event Bot

Grab Event Bot is a Telegram bot that turns a message, forwarded post, or screenshot into a structured calendar event — it extracts the title, date and time, place, and details and gives you a one-tap “Add to Google Calendar” link.

What it does

Send the bot any text, forwarded post, or screenshot that mentions an event.
The bot reads it and replies with a clean event card: title, date/time, location, and details.
You get a one-tap link to add that event to your calendar.

Connecting Google Calendar (optional) — what data we use and why

You can optionally connect your Google account so the bot adds the events you submit straight to your Google Calendar. When you connect, the bot requests:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create the events you submit, and to delete an event the bot previously added when you cancel it;
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.settings.readonly — to read your calendar's time zone setting so timed events are created at the correct local time;
openid, email — to sign you in.

The bot does not read or list your existing events, does not share or sell your data, and does not use it for advertising or to train AI/ML models. Connecting is optional — disconnect at any time with /disconnect in the chat.
